Submission Guidelines

Submission Instructions

  • All submitted papers must be in English.
  • The English language should be correct and sound.
  • Submitted papers must not exceed 6 pages under the given template.
  • Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered for publication elsewhere. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period.
  • Submissions should obey the Template and should be submitted in WORD and PDF formats.
  • All papers should be submitted via CMT platform. Submissions sent elsewhere are not considered.

Use the IEEE Series Template to prepare your submission in CITS’2026. The submitted paper should be no less than 4 pages and should not exceed 6 pages.

Review Process

  • Incomplete documents and documents not obeying the submission guidelines will not be reviewed.
  • All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, and clarity.
  • Duplicate publication of the authors work, in whole or in part without proper citation, is not tolerated.
  • All articles will be checked in TURNITIN, and any ethical misconduct will be seriously considered.
